What is unique about the workshops

Our workshops are uniquely tailored to each company. We meet with the CEO or COO and understand the issues that the company faces. Our team of consultants runs a diagnostic process to understand which issues we will be facing during the offsite. During the offsite we facilitate group sessions geared to resolving issues and uncovering silent pains, surfacing conflicts, and understanding which WayaFrames to implement across the org. We identify who the integrators are and how we will work to implement change management.

Why is the integration period important

The integration period is when we work with your team to implement the outcomes of the offsite into your company daily routines. We are on the ground (or in Slack) with your team making sure that WayaFrames have org-wide buy-in, are implemented, understood and can be maintained for the long term.

What is an Operation Audit?

An Operation Audit is a one hour session with a Waya consultant in which we go through a process of discovering how the companies operations are working. Waya sends you a summary of weak points that you can implement using 3 free WayaFrames.

What are WayaFrames?

WayaFrames are individual step-by-step guides that walk the customer through a business framework that solves an operations challenge. They are implemented through Claude skills and can interface with all your company docs so that you can share it easily.

No, our company was both a technology company as well as a physical-world distribution company. You can be the founder of a tech startup, a non-profit organization or a physical-world business. Our toolkit is particularly effective for lean organization that don't yet have in-house operations.

When should I schedule a call?
